Designed a private mobile companion for employees serving a service bond — a live countdown, a document safety net for the final settlement, and an automatic year-over-year hike and market-value tracker. Grounded in a 42-person survey and 8 moderated interviews with bond-holders across IT, ITES and ed-tech.
A production-ready CSS animation library with 600+ named animation classes across 6 categories. One class name, zero JavaScript. Framework-agnostic — works with Angular, React, Vue, Tailwind. 12 published versions, 1,857 organic npm downloads.
Published Figma plugin enabling direct PDF export from design frames — streamlining design-to-document workflows for teams. Live on Figma Community with active users across the SalkomDesignStudio plugin ecosystem.
Led end-to-end UX and frontend for a gold savings fintech platform handling crores in daily transactions for India's top jewellery brands — Pothys, Lalitha, Siva Valli Vilas, and Super Saravana Stores. Designed enrollment flows, payment journeys, scheme tracking, and real-time dashboards. Built in Angular and Flutter, live in production.
Redesigned Amazon's order tracking page to solve key friction points for users. Surveyed 10+ active Prime users, introduced an intuitive, color-coded visual progress timeline, elevated support access above the fold, and grouped utility options in a Quick Actions panel. Measurably increased information clarity and decreased cognitive load.
Founder-built AI UX learning platform from 0→1. Claude Sonnet 5 generates live, per-user UX scenarios, with a static fallback bank for reliability. Architected the skill-adaptive loop: EWMA per-skill scoring, weighted scenario selection targeting weak skills, XP/streak gamification, and global leaderboards. Claude Haiku 4.5 scores decisions; Razorpay subscription billing built, currently in test mode. Built in Flutter with Claude AI. Pre-launch — launching 2026.
